Explore and learn Sunnyside Beach with OUR guided SUP-Stand Up Paddleboard Lesson.
Explore and learn with a certified Paddle Canada/International Surf Association SUP Instructor. Learn the basics like launching your board, from a beach or dock, paddling in a straight line, turning and more. Want more time on the water? Book an extra hour for $10 extra. Ask us about private and semi-private options as well for a more tailored approach. It's great for groups! Consider a physical distant staff party and team building experience.
We use high end rigid and inflatable boards. You have the option to buy a phone dry bag for $10 extra with clear plastic so you can still utilise and take photos with your phone. Click on Addon at checkout to add this option. We provide a safe space to leave your items behind and have some peace of mind. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for your personal belongings. Please plan accordingly. As with all Oceah Oceah experiences on the water, you must have the ability to tread water and swim short distances to partake. If we are unsatisfied with your skill level during the screening or do not pass the criteria listed above, we may turn you away without refund. The funds can be put toward a lesson

Learn the fundamentals of paddleboarding in a fun & relaxed environment. Our 90 minute classes are taught by certified/experienced instructors. We teach paddle safety and techniques. Intros begin with a ten minute land lesson with the rest of time spent on the water where we practice technique and are lead on a guided tour. Bonus - Instructors have cameras on board and photos can be taken and shared!
