An avid marathoner and Parkdale Road Runner, Jenny finds paddleboarding a great cross-training activity that strengthens the core and improves alignment.
This Toronto local was determined to become a surfer after an inspiring trip through the pages of a National Geographic magazine. Surf trips have brought Jenny to some of the world’s top breaks, including Indonesia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Australia, Panama and Portugal, she discovered paddleboarding in California. With no swell to surf she gave SUP a try and marshaled a 3 mile swim in the Pacific that day, aiding swimmers through the kelp forests.
